your profile information and photos are visible to other users

You can delete content from your profile, delete your account, or request deletion of certain data categories.
6.4 Communication Preferences
You can opt out of marketing emails and adjust push/email notifications.
6.5 Opting Out of Cross-App Tracking
You can limit ad tracking through device settings (iOS/Android). Limiting tracking may affect personalization and ads you see.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit/at rest, access controls, and monitoring. No system is 100% secure.
8. International Transfers
We may process information in countries other than where you live and use safeguards required by applicable law.
9. Child Safety and Children’s Privacy (CSAE/CSAM)PickleMatch is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn we collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it and may restrict or terminate the account.
Zero tolerance for CSAE/CSAM: We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform. CSAE includes behavior like grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.
Reporting: Users can submit concerns using in-app reporting tools or via our child safety email, accessible from within the app.
Response: If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM, we take appropriate action consistent with our standards and applicable law, including removing content and addressing accounts involved.
Child Safety Standards: See our published standards here: [LINK]. Google requires Social/Dating apps to maintain published standards that are public, functional, relevant to CSAE, and reference the app/developer name.

We may link to third-party sites/services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

We may update this Policy. We will update the “Last Updated” date and notify you in-app or by email when required.
