PickleMatch Child Safety Standards (CSAE/CSAM)

1) Zero tolerance for CSAEPickleMatch (“PickleMatch”, “[Developer Name as shown on Google Play]”, “we”) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
We prohibit any content, behavior, or attempt that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor, including (examples):grooming or attempting to groom a minorsextortion involving a minortrafficking or solicitation involving a minorany sexual content involving a minorany attempt to obtain sexual imagery from a minorGoogle defines CSAE broadly to include grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and other sexual exploitation of children.
2) Our service is for adults onlyPickleMatch is not for anyone under 18.
If we suspect a user is under 18, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account and take additional steps described below.
3) How to report a concern (in-app feedback)
You can report safety concerns without leaving the app by using our in-app reporting tools (for example, “Report” on a profile, message, or match) or by contacting support via an in-app link to email. Google allows an in-app email or similar method as long as it’s accessible inside the app.

4) How we address CSAM (child sexual abuse material)CSAM (child sexual abuse material) is illegal. If we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on PickleMatch, we take appropriate action consistent with our standards and applicable law, including removing content, restricting accounts, and preserving relevant information as needed for legal reporting and investigation. Google expects removal when you obtain actual knowledge, consistent with your policies and law.
5) Reporting to authorities and legal complianceWe comply with applicable child safety laws and reporting obligations. Google specifically notes a process to report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) (for US-based reporting) or relevant regional authority

Designated Child Safety Point of Contact: hello@picklematch.co. This contact can receive potential notifications from Google Play and is able to speak to PickleMatch’s CSAM/CSAE enforcement and take action.
